I believe that the staff are battling to keep up at the moment. It’s taking someone a few days to reply to my emails, and when they do, I’ve had strange queries.
I’ve waited a good while for my keyboard (pre-order) - totally understandable, but it’s ready to ship now. I have put it on hold so that I can combine two orders.
I’ll keep my request simple. I have two orders. One for a 60H keyboard (and accessories), the other for replacement keycaps. The first order is to be sent to me actual address. The second order is currently set to be sent to my shipping address in Switzerland - Aramex Office.
I want the two orders to be combined and sent as one (and as set out hereunder)
The two orders are:
- Order #EU51011H
- Order #EU57598H
I want the order to be sent via DHL since I paid for the service on the first order, as well as an additional amount for postage on the second order. I assume the two charges together will cover shipping costs. Lastly, I want the combined order to be sent to my address in South Africa (and NOT Switzerland). To avoid confusion, the address is stipulated out in Order #EU51011H.
Please will someone on the support team send an email to the above effect to a person, who can action the combining and release of the orders. I’m in dire need of a new keyboard. Mine is giving up on me. My escape key doesn’t work - for one.
