Basically I just received my keyboard today and downloaded the wootility app for windows. I do have windows 11 and realized the download stops at windows 10. So tried the web app as well to customize my profile. The web app will not connect to my keyboard and on the downloaded app continuously says Device Init Failed and then reconnects over and over.

Are you running any software that controls RGB by any chance?

I do have signal rgb that controls all pc parts

So you have a connection now?

The topmost profile is the one your keyboard powers into. The other three below are in memory you can swap to using keyboard shortcuts. The ones in inactive are not on the board and won't be saved to it unless you drag one up and replace the existing ones.
