then email support and mention that as well so they can set you up faster with replacements.

You have a couple of spare switches in the box - I'd try swapping with those first and see if it helps.

You kind of have to take the whole keyboard apart. First the PCBA out of the case, then the PCBA screwed apart so you only have the switch plate in hand. Then you can push the switch out from below.
