I can’t find ethos on wootility, do you does he use different name?

this is trippy 's profile, he's the head coach for faze
pretty sure tarik and stewie2k use this profile aswell
i was talking to them in game and they said they used trippy's
stewie2k settings..?
he might have changed them but those were the ones he told me
do you know adiis profile?
its preference, like further advanced features
downstroke is the activation of the key, (if you set it to 0.5mm, the switch need to travel that amount of time to actually activate)
upstroke is the amount it travels back up to dectivate (if you set it to .1mm, the key will deactivate. Its prefernce here as even if you press the key fully down and even let go of the tiniest strength, it could deactivate the key)
personally, i wouldnt copy a pro's stats as its all preference
its the same as copying someone's sens and you feel its too slow or too fast for you
just go into the range, test everything out and see what you like
I second this, also trippys profile is good but copied from existing. I have doubts on his actual knowledge of what each setting does considering he mentions the tickrate setting which has to do with DKS and modtap which his profile doesn't use.
0.5mm upstroke time is the most commonly used upstroke time because it prevents you from pressing a key down and then a wiggle of the key deactivating it.. imagine you're holding a button down and as you reach for another button your thumb is only putting pressure on the left or right side of the key and it wobbles causing it to deactivate. On the other hand using 0.5mm upstroke means that rapid trigger isn't quite AS fast as it could be (this difference is extremely small since it's only a .4mm difference) but if the way you play causes accidental deactivations it doesn't really matter anyway and you should be adjusting it.
Pros tune their setup to exactly what they need it to be based off their own preference and what works for them specifically and this applies to any and all things including mouse, mousepad, mousefeet, headsets. The list goes on and on so if you truly want to copy a pros settings you should take the time as they have to learn exactly what every single setting does and how it can benefit you.
I wrote a guide to help with this https://docs.google.com/document/d/1IQig1jLqvVp2a7FTc8-uW-5734d514NBCSHCBlpgkv8/edit?usp=sharing and I suggest taking a look

Does anyone know anything about Derke profiles?
@nova escarp Hello, can you possibly send me the profile code that you personally use on Valorant? I would like to test it out! I saw your guide, which was very helpful! But i wasnt sure which profile you used for val 🙂

the alternative to this profile is using 0.1mm actuation across the entire keyboard
to understand the profile my V is my push to talk key
any key you hold down I turn rapid trigger off to avoid accidently wiggling the key into off stage.. so voice chat keys.. walk keys and plant/defuse keys
I turn rapid trigger off entirely on these keys so I don't have to lower the upstroke sensitivity of rapid trigger and hurt my movement keys
Hmm, i understand. Thank you!! You seem very knowledgeable on how this works so i had to ask haha I appreciate it!
No problem!
arrow keys are bottem right for me it makes the most sense
there all duplicated keys anyways
