Another pic with RGB
That sound is satisfying, reminds me of big rain drops hitting the ground or a slanted window.
where did you buy that plate from?
I got them from this store https://omegatype.co/en-us/products/custom-cut-plates?variant=43442243010734 but keep in mind that you have to include a plate file that depends on your case

sound great! Do you have any problems with the hall effect when using the carbon fiber plate?
no issues that I know of at 0.4mm actuation and 0.6mm rapid trigger
Any issues come up with this build? Specifically the plate? How do you like the cerakeycaps? Thanks
the only issue was with the cerakey spacebar; I had to order a heavier spring to hold it up. until then I just used a normal plastic spacebar
updated sound test with cerakey space bar
I see, the spring has no issues with the lekker switches? Thank you
where did you find heavier spring that fits lekker switches ?
https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256803212106741.html?spm=a2g0o.order_detail.order_detail_item.3.4e18f19cjMweqA&gatewayAdapt=glo2usa
the size that fits the switches are the 0.3mm wire diameter, 6mm outer diameter
for the length, i tried 15mm and 20mm. 15mm felt like the same as the stock switches, 20mm with cerakey spacebar (which is around 15g? heavier than a normal spacebar) felt similar but slightly heavier than another switch i have which has a 65g bottom out. so I would say that the 20mm spring has somewhere around a 90g bottom out force? unfortunately there isn't an inbetween length so i'm not sure if i'd recommend any option if you are using normal keycaps
also pinging in case this is helpful
Got the Cerakey too but trying to search for a workable solution for the spacebar. I'm not a heavy typer and it bottoms too easily for my liking. Thx for the tips
were there any interference with the north facing lekker switch and the cherry profile cerakey?
Ooh forgot about this, I can't remember. There may or may not have been interference, because they are slightly different from standard cherry heights. I just know that I flipped the Q A Z rows to south facing just in-case.
@candid oracle
Where can I purchase this case?
Dunno which one is that but you can search for TOFU60 REDUX CASE which is similar. I also have mine into the acrylic transparent one
Thanks for the reply.
I just learned they no longer sell the same one.
Thanks for letting me know! I'll look around some more and if I can't find it, I'll buy it!
I agree with musedoubler. The acrylic tofu60 is probably the most similar as you can have a brass weight as an addon.
I got my case on r/mechmarket but unfortunately there hasn't been anyone selling this case for awhile. Maybe you could post a buy request but I would go with the other case
