It started happening recently, where when I press keys it's delayed or I keep moving after I stop

When you tab out the game did the inputs work immediately, like the normal letter?
There were some reports what for some only alt & tab works directly and that it takes a few seconds for the others to be recognized.
If it's limited to Valorant only I would assume it maybe has something to do with their rootkit which they call anti cheat.
