#Is there a way to remap a key to a vertical slash?

I haven't been able to produce the character on this keyboard, I copied and pasted the character from my code to type it
Let me rephrase - ON ANOTHER KEYBOARD
It depends on the keyboard but it's usually a shift+\
It's called a vertical bar, not a vertical slash, my bad https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vertical_bar
Well there's your answer then. It is not a base layer key, so you won't find it in Wootility.
It is something the operating system decides to output based on you sending shift and the | key.
What you can do is set up an advanced keybind, DKS with both of those pushed down at the same time to achieve this.
Ah fair enough, the keyboard has it printed on it so I assumed it would work by default. Setting up the DKS seems to have fixed it
the right print is shift+ the key
Ah you're right! My fault, windows was in the UK layout not the US layout that the keyboard is in... I'll close this now
