Hey Team! I had recently began using your wooting 60HE keeb (which I have loved by the way) although upon reaching my 3rd time of using it and adjusting the RGB settings to "AOE" I have encountered a problem where I am not pressing anything on the keeb although RGB seems to appear in spots it is not supposed to appear. In the picture I have provided is just one example of where the RGB appears when I am not using it although it can also appear on other spots of the keyboard from time to time. It has not affected the use of my keyboard so far although it would be nice to have assistance regarding this as the aesthetic part of the keyboard I would love to enjoy also 🙂
In terms of troubeshooting I have done myself, I have reset the keyboard to default, using only the stock cable I have plugged it into different ports of my PC, I do not use 'tachyon mode' so I did not look into the issue of having that on along with RGB (using this video as reference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U8ojU_8ASVE&ab_channel=Wooting)
I'm not too sure if its the cable, potential lighting in my room affecting the lighting, etc but I would greatly appreciate if we could work together in having this issue resolved as soon as possible! Thanks!
