It's been like that from the moment I first plugged in the Keyboard.
I've tried fumbling around with the RGB settings on Wootility but I can't seem to get it fixed.

I think what you're asking is why does capslock change color when you press it. The answer is that there are two color settings for that key, the second one is in a little circle on the top right of the key. If you'd like it to not change to white, just change that color in the little circle to match
