I just placed an order for a 60 HE but unfortunately there's no shipping opting to my country (Jordan), so I used Shop & Ship, which is a parcel forwarding service provided by Aramex, my question is, do I have to do anything ? or is it business as usual

Provided the address is a residential or business address where someone can accept it, it should be business as normal. Of course if the forwarder ruins your package, that's beyond us.

Hello, I just realized that if I order it from the US store I could get it much faster and for much cheaper, can I please cancel my order ? So I can order it again from the US store ?
