I’m trying to purchase a Wooting 60He through the site and ship it a a US address I use with a company from Bermuda that will then accept the package on my behalf and ship to Bermuda for me as the site does not offer Bermuda shipping. The US address and all relevant information was input correctly but when going to checkout I’m being told that my payment has been declined. I was on the phone with my bank and there are absolutely no blocks on my card and no attempts to purchase the keyboard. So I’m wondering what I can do to even order one since this block is coming from your end.

If Bermuda's anything like US, then you've probably got international payments auto blocked by your bank. We're Netherlands based, and that triggers a lot of "anti fraud" banks

I don’t have any international restrictions on mine which is why I’m confused. The payment wasn’t even popping up on the banks end when I was on support with them to show it was blocked.

I am definitely not an expert on our payment provider, but this is usually the error given when your bank is blocking the payment. So I would definitely reach out to them on Monday and ask them what's going on.

They should be able to give you an answer and hopefully a way to resolve this. 🙂
