Let's see... Brazillian customs are holding the package. Nothing we can do from here I'm afraid. You'll have to reach out to Deutsche Post and/or Brazil customs for more information on how to resolve this.

If they return the package to us, or contact us and consider the package lost/destroyed, we can send out a replacement order.
