I want to be able to toggle fn on and off instead of holding it, so I made it a toggle, but it just stays on. When I press fn, I can't go back, fn stays on and pressing fn again does nothing, I have to remove toggle in the wootility and save to keyboard to be able to do anything normally again since its stuck on the fn layer. Is there any way to make toggle work with fn?

You could Toggle Fn1 > (Stuck on Fn1) > Fn Lock twice > (Back to main layer)
The keyboard still considers the Fn1 Toggle Key to be toggled on at that point, so you'd have to press it twice to toggle it off and back on if you want to go to Fn1 again. Essentially you need two separate keys, and either has to be pressed twice to change states. Not ideal.
It would make more sense to just make use of Fn Lock normally without the use of Toggle Key.
