Replacement Order still yet to ship…

Its been a month since ive placed my order for a Wooting. I was supposed to receive it last Wednesday at the latest. But the package was lost…

Please help me here as the replacement order has not even shipped. Its been sitting at the warehouse for 3 days now and it wont likely deliver till next week.

I’m really dissatisfied and feel this is really not fair to those who wait for longer time than those who got immediately.

Indeed, this is one of the cases caught up in the stock allocation issue noted in #📦│batch_updates

This replacement shipment will get resubmitted to get shipped from the EU instead of the US.
