Hey Matchu. sorry but there has been an tremendes amount of emails, and is taking us more than 5 days to get to the newest emails from oldest to newest. we are working really hard on it.
about the processing, dont worry it could be the courrier doiesnt update the status immediatly and that reflects into your account.
All you can do is wait for now :/
