I am reaching out to follow up on an email I sent 10 days ago regarding the cancellation of my order US45302H(placed on hold). Unfortunately, I have not received a reply yet. I understand going through all the emails are a lot to handle, but I was recently charged for the order on my credit card statement and would like to receive a refund before the due date to avoid any issues.
