I just received email saying my order is currently "ON HOLD" due to the following:
"Our system has detected that there may be an issue with your shipping address. The following reason was listed:
Missing street/building number and street name. Must be residential or business address
Please check your email for details, and update your address on the Hub as needed.
I would like to confirm that my address has no issue, it is not a PO Box. Thus, please ship the keyboards out to me immediately.
I already sent few replies via the feedback form but did not receive any email notification or anything else. Not sure whether anyone from Wooting got my confirmaition of the address is correct. Thank you.
