I have my Wooting Two HE connected to a dockingstation and my laptop is connected to it with USB-C. When I press the "Mode" Button my laptop goes crazy and opens many many random programms, freezing everything. It looks like it hits just every button and combination of buttons available. It turn my camera in teams on/off until it breaks, opens excel, word and other programs randomly.
When I plugin my keyboard directly with USB to the laptop it works fine. What could that be?

the dock draws some power and the keyboard doesnt get enough because of it
so dial down the RGB in the profiles while its connected to the laptop directly

If a dock is used that should be active (externally powered).

That seems to solve the issue. So I can setup A1-3 and Mode to not use RGB using the "Wootility" app?

well mode just switches between the top most profile (digital) and the last used analog profile or A1 if no last used

If the dock isn't active you need to lower the power consumption of the board by reducing the brightness.
I assume you have Tachyon enabled on the other profile and that draws a lot of power too.

It was just the brightness, no additional settings like Tachyon causing the issue. I think this is fine now. Its only when I am working in my homeoffice where I use the docking station. I can skip RGB when coding 😄
