I've been waiting for almost a month and this is my second order😭
Ooph... Very disappointing to see this having happened a second time.
Looking in our fulfillment center's system, they printed four different shipping labels for this order. This would only be the case if they were experiencing an issue of some kind. It may be that one of the other three labels are a correct and valid trackable shipment. If that's the case, it'll deliver within the next week.
If not, we'll need to contact our fulfillment center directly to see what is going on here and then send a replacement via a different parcel carrier if necessary.
I see that we've been in contact via email. Should you not receive your shipment within the next week, please respond to that email and we'll get it sorted one way or another.
