Keyboard: Wooting 60HE (Firmware: V2.6.13)
Software: Wootility V4.5.0
Problem: After doing any sort of update to the keyboard or if I need to unplug it and plug it back in, the inputs will no longer register on my computer. The LED's are lit and I made sure to test the analog lighting to ensure the switches are registering, and the switches appear to be working correctly, but I get no inputs on my PC.
Things I have tried: Sometimes a system restart will fix the problem and sometimes I need to restart 3-4 times just to get the keys back to registering. I have switched USB ports to other USB 2.0 ports, and I performed the keyboard reset through the Wootility App, but it did not resolve the issue.

Please check the device manager if a node of the Wooting is marked. For that please change the view to container. Best to provide a screenshot of the device manager where the root node of the Wooting is expanded.
I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for, but the KB has never showed up in Device Manager here. Also, I got it working after about 3 computer restarts, but I really just want to figure out why it's happening and if there is a way to eliminate the issue. Thank you for the fast response.
You didn't changed the view to container as I recommended.
Also, can you configure the device via the Wootility?
Hmm, somehow strange... Would be interesting to know if data is transferred. Are you maybe familiar with Wireshark?
