whenever I do FN plus the symbol on the right of the letter P on the keyboard which is the analog key switch, it doesnt work at all and I can use the analog type keys without making it into a controller and it just doesnt work can someone help please

go to gamepad mappings and enable keyboard keys
also make sure you dont have any gamepad mappings set if you dont want any gamepad stuff

all profiles are technically analog but the digital profile doesnt have any gamepad output

what if I still have trouble when it always switches to gamepad when pressing on wasd?

cause theres gamepad mappings on wasd in the analog profile you have
either remove them all (like i did) or disable the gamepad output in settings -> keyboard settings
if you disable the gamepad you need to make sure the "Gamepad mapping override" is off like in my screenshot (bottom right)

no thats gamepad
keyboards can only be on or off
which is why we output controller signals
that way your keys can actually be a gamepad stick and move you slow

if thats what you want you will sadly have to live with the gamepad button display.
Some games do allow you to lock the shown buttons to keyboard or gamepad

its only bc theres no options on other games like on fortnite where i can just disable othe gamepad output and just use it like that

well its a downside for now as this is pretty new tech still
so many games dont support mixed inputs well
(mixed inputs = kb+m + gamepad)

but I did already request a return tho and not saying these keyboards are bad bc theyre literally the opposite of that but ive been wanting to return it since I dont need it as much as I thought i would and its not bc of the analog stuff
when will I be able to return the keyboard though cuz I asked support like an email and they havent responded for quite a while and so im kinda confused
