It's the weekend, so there won't be any office hours till tomorrow. We're also dealing with a LOT of outstanding emails right now, that we're doing our best to get through asap. We're handling them from oldest to newest, so it's just a question of waiting if you've already send us an email at social@wooting.io or used the hub to request a cancellation (that also sends an email)
