Hi,

We have an email thread going, but I haven't heard back so I'll try here 🙂
My order number is: EU38950H

When tracking the shipment it shows up as delivered on the 12th of April, but I haven't received any package, and I have checked with the neighbors in the apartment complex as well. I called "Die Post" as they handled the shipment from Switzerland, and they explained that it is the sender that has to contact the shipping company and "launch an investigation" since it is an international shipment.

i have the exact same problem and i have the impression that DPD (if you too have your package shipped by them) are having a lot of delivery problems at the moment...
