Hello, I have sent emails regarding this on April 5th and April 12th, but still no response. I realize the delays due to holidays and events, but wanted to post here to hopefully get more attention. (Also don't want to miss out on my return period)
I ordered some US-ANSI/ISO Keycaps, but you sent me German keycaps (see attached picture, box clearly states US but the enclosed caps are DE).
I would like to return these for the US-ANSI/ISO keys, which were my original order (if they are still available).
Please let me know how to proceed. Any response or time estimate would be greatly appreciated.
