Hii, i paid the extra air freight fare to have my order dispatched sooner than the Heehal expected time and the ETA I received for my order was 15-18 April, the still seems to be under the “being packed at the warehouse status”. I would appreciate any help with this! Order ID: EU35895H

Looks like this shipment has been packed and is ready to go.
Please keep a close eye on it, if it doesn't ship out in the next day or two ping me so that I can dig deeper since we've had issues getting packages shipped to your country in the past.

Just wanted to update ya, so it seems like the package has made it from the warehouse to UPS but is delayed for some reason. All goood, will keep you updated with how things turn out!
