The update don't seem to start because the app did found the Wooting. The update should restart the Wooting in the restore mode. So please check if the system found a Wooting Restore device.
If you run into any complicated issues or your Wooting keyboard is not responding, one of the first things you can give a shot is restoring your keyboard in the Wootility.
