#Wooting 60HE W Randomly Stopping

So my friend got the wooting 60HE just like me. When they start building or even just running forward they’ll randomly stop going forward even though I can visibly see their finger is still on W. I’ve had them lower and increase actuation point. Disable rapid key trigger, adjust rapid key trigger to a higher actuation. Disable and enable tachyon mode. Turn off game pad functions on the keyboard, play on the digital profile, turn in lock input to keyboard in game. And nothing works ☠️

For rapid trigger it’s really easy to deactivate a key that might be the issue ?

Unplug keyboard and replug, but don’t touch any keys for 10 seconds ?

Are you using a usb hub?
