I’ve not changed the nkro mode on pc yet but it works as a normal keyboard on Xbox I can’t change the settings on Xbox obviously because Xbox doesn’t recognise the device but it’s working normally with a 1.3mm actuation point on all keys.
Is this normal?

Maybe? Consoles generally don't support nKRO without issues. And having the keyboard appear as both a keyboard and a controller can also cause issues.
Both are things needed to be set up on a computer through wootility.
