I plug in my keyboard and then hundreds of tabs open in browser, random apps open, left click on my mouse only deletes things, and the PC needs to be restarted to be able to work again. I try another keyboard and everything works perfectly.

Are you using the included USB cable that came with the keyboard?
Are you plugged into a USB hub or directly into the PC?
Does it still happen if you try a different USB port on the PC?

Yes and I'm plugged straight into the PC. I will try another USB port right now
