Im tired of waiting and i can say that im not the only one complying about the delays, staff not replying and when they reply, always say the same thing and literally just say whats on the website when WE THE COSTUMERS ask for information and where is our keyboard that costed 200€.

You guys said that the keyboard would complete production by the 9th feb i think and the predicted date of arrival was by the 5th march, but it delayed to the 9th march and the arrival date is 1st april - 5th april. Well, its 19march and we only got 2 updates, the one saying that the production could be pushed from the 9th to the 23th, and the one saying it would be delayed BY 1 MONTH !!!!!!!

You guys told us that from the factory to the warehouse it would take around 3-4 weeks. Well, the funny part is that the 1st april is in less than 2 weeks. So im going to ask again, where is our keyboards and is it going to delay even more ?

Its been like this saying that the mass production has completed since february.

I am not intimately familiar with how Vork and Fork are coming along outside of the big "there's a significant delay" batch update back in late February. But I can definitely ask for an update tomorrow from the folks who do know where we are 🙂

Well i really want the keyboard so ig i just need to wait, the only thing is that from your part, there is a huge lack of information on your part and us the costumers that are waiting since december/january seeing that batches that were from december getting 1 month earlier and we are getting 1 month of delay is a but boring

The 2HE restock have been in the works for a long time. Since summer.

But - We're paying for free air freight for everyone with an order, which saves 2-4 weeks.

Ultimately the boards are here when they are. No matter how often or how much we communicate, it isn't going to get the batch to the warehouse any sooner than not.

I can certainly understand the frustration of not hearing anything, but as soon as a batch is done in China, it is put on ship and plane asap. We have no interest in delays either, and in a case like this no news really is good news.

One thing, that estimated delivery is when it should arrive at the warehouse or at my door ?
