Is the keyboard turning on at all? (RGB lights showing)
Are you getting any errors in Wootility?

No errors and RGB is working fine

When resetting keyboard, it won’t allow me to “give permission “

You noted using two browsers, was one of them Chrome? (Wootility web only works on Chromium browsers)

Uninstalled and Reinstalled chrome if that helps going forward
