yes hubs that arent powered by their own brick wont be able to deliver emough power to the keyboard

also if ure laptop gets really hot. clean it or get it cleaned and maybe repasted

the usb hub needs to be active so have its own power cord

#

the keyboard sucks a tiny bit more than USB spec so if you use a passive hub without its own power cord the hub splits 1 USB ports power to X devices which wont work if you use smth like the 60he on it as 1 port is barely enough to run it.

no the apex pro doesnt use the same leds or sensors

nor does it run the scanrate as fast

you can tell if its passive or not by knowing if you plug in a power cable to the hub or not
