One of the games I play utilize the arrow keys so I tried remapping the R-shift, menu, ctrl, and fn keys to the arrow keys on the main layer since I don't use those. However, it's not doing anything when I try to remap it on the software. All the other settings I've changed have applied though. Am I missing something?

Yeah there's your problem. You're editing an INACTIVE profile. Those only exist on your PC.
See the topmost profiles on the list on the left? Those are on the board.
Typing profile is the one that loads automatically whenever the keyboard turns on, the other three below can be switched to using MODE, A1-A3 keybinds.
You can drag your profile up there to replace one of the others.
And then hit SAVE TO KEYBOARD in the top right of the window.
