Not all games support analog. The rule of thumb is that you'll need to be able to move a controller AND the mouse at the same time for it to be compatible. A lot of games lock you to either just controller OR mouse+keyboard.

This is the profile I use for Overwatch 2. It has both analog movement on WASD as well as regular WASD.
