I downloaded the utility. it said i needed a microsoft visual update. i said yes. then it told me that the update failed because a newer version was already installed. in uninstalled it. reinstalled wootility and the microsoft visual update worked. I updated the analog sdk. keyboard is working. everything is fine. the software is running slow though. i restarted my pc. software now running fine. and i go into the settings and it says that no keyboard is detected. i followed the steps. and it still diddnt work. followed the steps to reset the keyboard. went to update the ansi and nothing. no rgb flashes. it just sits there and spins for several minutes. ive removed the device and reconnected the device several times. used several different cords. restarted several times. everything i can think of.

update: I restarted the hard reset process using wootility.io instead of the windows application. Ansi was able to update no problem and my keyboard has been fixed.
