Sometimes when I press the keys they go like rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr when I press the R-key for example. Also I sometimes can't use shift because it won't press down. Is it something with the hardware?

Not enough details were mentioned here. As a wild guess the issue is maybe related to unstable or not enough power on the provided USB connection or due to EMI. Like any magnet or electric device close and especially above or under the keyboard can easily cause such issues.
By the way, there is no clear issue here. Because this seems to be a related to just this user I don't think it's worth it to create an issue on Github.
I recommend to make some tests and provide a video showing it. Like by using the touch RGB effect and pressing the key, also to use the trail RGB effect and moving the keyboard around. This may reveal if there is a detection problem.
