The order status page says the order has been delivered, but the tracking has no updates since Dec. 16th, and I haven't received any mail or messages about where to pick it up. I saw someone else with the same problem, and apparently their package had been assigned a new tracking number than the one that's linked on the order page. Are you aware on any changes like that, or is the order page status just a guesstimate? Order EU20850H.

New tracking numbers don't happen to EU orders. This is a US thing, and in those cases the old tracking makes it obvious they cancelled the trip.
Your package is going by "slow as molasses" Deutchepost to Norway, which is outside the EU. That involves customs processing. If it still doesn't have any movement by the time we return to office on the 3rd, send us an email at social@wooting.io
