My 60HE was set to be delivered on the 27th, but UPS has not sent any further updates since the 23rd. It was sent as "On the Way" in a state across the country from me. The delivery date on their website has changed to "The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible." I understand that this isn't quite on your end, but is there anything I can do to make sure that my package gets delivered soon? I can provide the UPS tracking number if needed.

Unfortunately it’s hard to guarantee things get there soon right now as it’s holidays, and many people have vacations and such, small delays around Christmas are unfortunately to be expected

I called UPS and they said my package might be lost... is there anything I can do about it? Do I have to wait for another keyboard out of the backlog, so May???

I have the same problem did UPS fix it or did you have to contact wooting?
