I just received my keyboard, half an hour ago. After plugging it in for the first time it worked completely fine, I wrote some stuff on discord and tested out keys (due to layout changes) on notepad. After opening wootility, it said it had an update, after pressing on "update" my computer was working fine, but my mouse, as well as the wooting keyboard got disconnected and couldn't be recognised by my computer. My thought process tells me that windows tried to "setting up the device" again and smth went wrong, any help? (Mouse is working normally again)

Are you getting a bootloader error after the update?

_If you are attempting to update the firmware on your keyboard and get an error in Wootility "ID: Bootloader" then this simple registry fix should resolve the problem. _
Although rereading your post, sounds like multiple USB ports lost power and restarted. Try spreading out your peripherals to different USB ports and potentially reducing brightness of the LEDs
