I sent an email, it seems more like it was never packed. The bag doesn’t have a order slip so don’t know for sure.

I've known plenty of people who have had their packages/items stolen - always occurs around the holidays (from thanksgiving - to cybermonday - to xmas)

what makes it worse is that these are being flipped like crazy on eBay or external market places.
