Hello, im wondering if something is wrong with my order as it has been stuck in the same thing for the last week even though the website says it should have changed in the next 2-3 days. Maybe I read it wrong but I will add two screenshot showing where its stuck.

I'm in a different country, but the same thing is happening on my side (waiting a week now for it to change). I'm not sure if everything is packed in the same warehouse and shipped out to different countries or what, but I'm guessing they're swamped from Black Friday/Cyber Monday and Xmas.

Well it resolved itself via an Email i just received saying:
Your order EU19479H has not shipped yet because the ://blank ISO-DE keycaps are currently not available and won't be available until 6 December.

Is there a way to get a refund on the air freight now? As the keyboard doesn't get delivered sooner than the sea freight?
