Wooting Two HE FN key combo (FN + play-pause) consistently stops working | Wooting | Page 1

Hi support, I'm struggling to resolve a daily problem with my Wooting 2 HE, whereby one specific function key combination consistently stops working after a few uses.
E.g. I will normally use a custom combination (FN+Scr Lk) to open Windows Media Player, then use (FN+play/pause) to stop/start playing music. This works fine for awhile, then the FN+play/pause combination stops working. All other FN key combinations still work when this happens, as do the basic keys themselves, so this doesn't appear to be a fault with the switches.
I've updated the latest firmware and tested with different profiles - all have the same issue.
Any assistance resolving this would be appreciated!
