I received the keyboard today in the mail. After unboxing I plugged it in and it had rgb and worked.

Went into wootility website to update it and multiple attempts it would get stuck on the needing permission step(said No compatible devices found). There was no option to get passed that. So I unplugged the keyboard, plugged it back in, and it again had rgb and was working. Tried to update a few more times and it gave me the same results.
Then I downloaded the wootility app and tried to update through that and once I got into that process I saw it wouldn't require any permissions so I went to eat dinner. I came back to a bootloader error and now my board is completely dead. Tried unplugging it and replugging from the USB c on the keyboard and tried multiple USB ports on the pc. I even tried a different USB c cable to see if that was a solution and so far its just dead with no lights. If I go into devices on windows settings it says "Wooting 60HE(ARM) Driver error".

If I go back onto wootility website, pair the board, and go to updates it says "Hooray! Everything is up to date"

Lastly I looked through here and saw the recommendation to put the board in recovery mode. So I unplugged the keyboard and held the top and bottom right buttons and then plugged it in. The board still couldn't be fixed in troubleshoot on the website after trying that. I saw some users needing to edit registry data but I wasn't sure about if those were case specific or not and figured I should wait on help from the professionals.

Typed this out on my phone since the keyboard is currently unresponsive. And no, I do not have access to a Mac.

If I shut down and boot up the pc the keyboard lights up and works. Any time after if I open the wootility app it asks me to update and then has the same bootloader error. I did download the registry fix for this on your website and the problem persists. When on the give permissions screen it won't find anything for me to give permissions to. Eventually it pops up another error and the keyboard bricks until I restart the pc.

I would love to update this keyboard so I can use the intended features of the keyboard

For others who have the same issue i fixed my problem finally after messing with this for a little over 2 hours.
i went to their help website and tried every fix they had.
did the bootloader registry edit
then did the steps on this link: https://help.wooting.io/en/article/guide-flush-all-dead-registry-entries-gjw37z/
then restarted my pc. the keyboard still wasn't updating for me. the last step was i stopped using the usb ports on the back of my pc and plugged it into the front of the pc into the usb 2.0 port. all of these steps combined finally got my board working.
