Not physically - But we do ship from a US warehouse if you order to the US from our US webstore. 🙂
(Don't use this for Canada)
There's a shop selector at the top while you're checking out.
so that means there are no wooting keyboards in stores there in the united states?
I mean in other stores so they always sell all kinds of keyboards}
No. We don't currently have any resellers.
@steep mason They talked about it on stream a few times. Here the answers as far as I remember.
They tried to collaborate with other companies at least two times which didn't tuned out well. Wooting still need to do the marketing which they aren't so good in while the other companies only provide as an additional store front while cutting off their margin. This only works if the product sells itself. The older W1 was on Amazon and provided to some online shops in the EU but there they don't sell well and the fee from Amazon was quiet expensive in addition. Also right now the demand is far higher than the supply, so it don't make much sense for them to share their margin with distributors. Remember Wooting is still a very small company. So far they are only interested in collaborations with distributors for regions outside EU and North America as far as I know. Like if a store would be interested in buying small quantities to supply areas where Wooting don't ship anymore due to high package loss.
I think they are interested in a collaboration with someone in Asia due to the language barrier and the different marketing aspects for that marked.
So besides buying them second hand from the door there is no chance to try them out before buying.
thanks
Just passing by to check - is this still the case in 2024?
Yes...
