Hey there, I've received my keyboard today and I'm already having issues with the keyboard. 😦
I can't reset the keyboard, update or restore. When updating I get an error message Error ID: Bootloader.
In addition to having this trouble my "u" key is not working. LED is functional though.

First things first. If you unplug the keyboard and plug it back in without touching any keys for 5-10 seconds, the U key should work again.

The keyboard does a recalibration on power.

For the Wootility not being able to update or restore the board, this article should hopefully help you out. A quick .reg file fix and it should be able to see the board.
