Once you contact us asking for a cancel, we put the order on hold to avoid it shipping out. Until we get a confirmation of the cancel a 2nd time or a "I've changed my mind" followup it stays in this state.
As soon as we've caught up to your email it will be put back into the regular orders again. 🙂
