I know for touch screen more spacing is needed other then that not wasting space, being consistent and logical those are the things that matter.

It was 50โฌ more and gave about 5-10% less perf than the 2080 at the time
Not ideal, but not too large of a gap. Comes with 16 GiB of HBM, though, so it's kinda fair
I've been making use of that memory, and it's amazing what you can do with that much memory

I think it's just they don't get the verification to 100% all work with all cpus
which means its based on if the bios chips are big enough to support all the cpus, so it just comes down to amd not setting a big enough minimum despite knowing they planned to support the socket...
so you'll be able to have it work if the board maker happend to not save costs on the bios
