I got the figures from here, but it looks like they're not available atm.
its not the power logo though?
-.- its the fucking E in EVGA
yup
i need more wam
i need more wam
I need LESS waRm
move to ireland, you will have all the not warm you want
My home office is 28C atm. And that's with the sun finally off of the windows π
@wheat plume I would but a) no money and b) my employer does not have an office there
huh?
move to ireland, you will have all the not warm you want
@Lana#0969 .
ahh xd
and good quote discord
ikr
"Just go to ZΓ "BreGenZErWAlD" very very nice there nobody lives so you can SCREAM and SHOUT and let it all out. And its some meters above the sea so it's fresh and cold" -@timber oxide
any got an idea on how to read a damaged registry file
Error at boot or?
is there any downside to using ps/2 instead of usb for a keyboard apart from like, maybe less rgb and macro support or whatever
because id prefer to use ps/2, not because it uses interrupts or whatever, but because when i have a usb keyboard plugged in my mouse feels weird and laggy
that means theres smth wrong bruh
better look into whats causing it
than trying to work around it
like its not that bad, my mouse cursor just feels way more direct and "unfiltered" if i don't have usb keyboard plugged in
ya find the problem
like i use trash systems every day
like intel centrino trash
barely running vista
and the mouse and keyboard over usb run smooth af
it feels kinda the same as when i have a frame limiter on instead of uncapped fps
i had smth like that back then aswell caused by bad usb drivers
it's nothing huge but once i got used to a ps/2 keyboard, switching to it was noticable
yeah i put a lot of weird settings on my pc and bios a while ago because of weird ocn guides
basically what ure trying to do is cooking with a microwave while your kitchen is burning
better to first get rid of le fire
i've also seen some people say if you have multiple 1000hz usb devices plugged in then the polling rate becomes inconsistent
never heard of that personally
or poll "timing" idk
i mean like i said have tons of shitty hardware infront of me each day they all can do usb fine
The thing is, everything seemed fine when i had only ever used usb keyboards. right now i'd say it kind of feels like the difference between 75hz and 60hz
i wouldnt be surprised if it was just some random thing i disabled a year ago or something
which is why i said investigate
will be the way better option
like ps2 has pmuch no downsides except you will prob not find any macro or rgb with it and most of the payable keyboards with ps2 are rubber dome
The largest downside of PS/2 for me is when for whatever reason the connector comes lose you have to reboot. Granted it doesn't happen often but when it does it's rather annoying. That being said my last PS/2 keyboard the steelseries g6v2 also could be used on usb without nkey rollover and repluging into usb did work.
Overall a modern well made usb keyboard really doesn't have any downsides either over PS/2 so there is not much reason to use it for the theory of hardware interupts
i told you how to block the windows @reef patrol it's your own fault :p
The what now?
somehow my list box code fucked up
let select = document.getElementById("listboxContinent").value;
for(let i = 0; i < continentList.length; i++) {
let opt = continentList[i];
let el = document.createElement("option");
el.textContent = opt;
el.value = opt;
select.appendChild(el);
}
Why document.getElementById("listboxContinent").value;
and not just document.getElementById("listboxContinent")?
because one retrieves an element and one the value
Anyway in this context you probably want to grab the element and not the value
how I would have probably written it:
contentList.forEach( (opt) => {
let el = document.createElement('option')
el.textContent = opt
el.value = opt
select.appendChild(el)
})```
When your computer makes the device ejected sound randomly π
....spooky
For me it's the progress circle on the cursor. "What are you doing?!"
Rx 580 is bretty gud for 1080p
Or if you are buying from microcenter just buy overpriced gpu with protection plan and have it suffer an unfortunate accident before the protection plan expires
And look for open box deals
It seems like a lot of things are becoming hard to find due to the production shutdowns.
do you know if I need to get the mira from amazon usa or will there be a better option for EU customers? @old marlin
ic
What's a Mira?
a mouse
Ah.
its similar to what I have now but with hopefully better scrollwheel
I mean
model O build quality is not good
razer has been nailing the balance between lightweight and build quality
same for the roccat kone pure ultra
I just run a dual mouse setup myself.
A larger A4tech X-748K (same as the sharkoon fireglider optical) for when I don't care about aim.
Logitech g203 when I do.
Then again I am a weirdo who can only use 3 fingers on top so that eliminates a lot of mice out of the gate.
I just tried the three finger technique and... it feels natural. I should've started this years ago lol.
(thats a sentence to take out of context right there)
Hahahaha, yeah. I'm not even going to edit it, I'll let the monument to my obliviousness live on.

I just tried the three finger technique and... it feels natural. I should've started this years ago lol.
saves quote in clipboard
A mouse wheel is fine, it just has to be recessed enough not get in the way
I can't imagine not having a scroll wheel. That seems archaic to me. When I tried resting three fingers on my mouse I had my index for left click, middle for the wheel, and my ring finger for right click.
Scroll wheels seem to generally be a useful thing yea. though you could also have one on the left side for your thumb to use.
Razer, yuck @young flicker
to be fair optical switches for mice are super good
the basilisk v2 felt great to click with
But why would you want anything besides 0 and 1 with a mouse's click? @latent mural
optical switches, not analog
look at the razer basilisk v2/ultimate and viper
more resilient, no double clicking issues, feel great
other than the viper mini they all felt terrible to me yet
astrum, if it exists one day, has modified lk clicks so might feel gud
is it still planned to release with LK siwtches?
I mean a couple of bloody mice and a zalman kone pure clone also use them
oh ok
I can't remember for the life me of, gotta double check how they were modified
well it is only heald back by corona now apparently
although production in china has ramped back up by now
time to open a bottle of cognac
π
btw wmo to astrum
is basically the same except button overhang on the astrum
which shouldnt alter the feeling of grip
@old marlin apparently pre-travel/overtravel, operating force and release force were customised. Bst was most concerned about the pre-travel
"The new front button switches (customised optical switches), feel really great, they've made them feel almost exactly like the GM4s, so they've solved all the issues I had with them."
What the heck?
Just got a random black screen, and my BIOS got reset, including saved profiles π
@zenith sonnet did u use any non wooting keyboards in the last 72hrs?
?
fml
set up some old server hardware on proxmox
but everytime I try to upload an .iso file for it to use it crashes
probably hardware problem
Nope, only Wootings :p
cba to get a new one though
BIOS version F4...
I used to have F11
I think this may be the backup BIOS that kicked in
This is weird,
Clean shut down
And it tries to load from the main BIOS
And turns off after a minute of trying
R.I.P. CMOS.
I looked it up, they last about 10 years
This board is 4-5 months old
cmos battery not sitting tight?
If it were cleared, it should load from the primary BIOS, with default settings
Or prompt to restore
Backup BIOS doesn't seem to save changes, it seems
I think that's by design, though
is that a legit backup bios or is there a jumper/switch for dual bios?
Wait, lemme check
what was the board?
X570 Aorus Master
BIOS
2 x 128 Mbit flash
Use of licensed AMI UEFI BIOS
Support for DualBIOSβ’
PnP 1.0a, DMI 2.7, WfM 2.0, SM BIOS 2.7, ACPI 5.0
CMOS die? What makes you ask that?
If the battery is dead, it should just read the factory default BIOS settings.
My dumb comment.
Or rather - Whatever is flashed on it.
https://i.gyazo.com/229f60b5e5ddf0f1f464b7301a59aba2.png check if anything looks wrong in this spot
Wasn't my idea
But my PC won't boot from the primary BIOS suddenly
Could be a bad flash. You can try flashing to it from the BIOS?
So let me recap. It boots into BIOS and into Windows on the secondary BIOS?
Then I'd just try and re-flash the primary BIOS with the latest one from the manufacturer and see if it wakes it up.
And load the secondary
Nothing weird around that area, the MBIOS LED is on
Which means Main BIOS, the other one is Backup BIOS
Success part 1: Primary BIOS booted again
After reseating the RAM
π€
Not sure if that's related, though
But it also reset at the same time
Welp, that was weird
Everything is fine
Just randomly decided not to work any more
Cosmic rays? Magnets? Cat Magic?
did you do something specific when it crashed?
Playing MC
So, a little memory intensive?
But it's been running fine all this time
Looks normal, too

soon a 360 and og box aswell
that one to be specific
@prisma crag ikr and it was pretty cheap
@reef patrol @ashen spindle Looks like my computer doesn't like me running a minecraft server and 2 instances of the game at once giving each copious amounts of memory
(26 GiB used)
I mean... My MC client eats up 8GB my dude. π
I am unsurprised you're not eating a ton.
Had another Black Screen earlier
But the driver recovered - no issues
Might have to look into that
I did install Adrenalin 20.4.2 the other day
May also be the new driver
@fair gull HALTBARER KAKAO

go dark theme or i will find you
and he will find you
oh

is that light theme?
I could not tell, the holes where my eyes used to be are presently vacant of sight
So I just got my package from EKWB and it looks like something you'd receive from an eBay seller lol. The actual product boxes were all dusty too, like they've been laying on a warehouse floor. And one of them was a pre-order that just started shipping, with the wrong picture on the box lol.
I had to open it to be sure.

Funnily enough the thing that was a pre-order to start shipping on the 20th now says it's a pre-order to start shipping on the 4th. I'm special!
I hope not, I doubt I'd be able to do anything about it lol. Slovenia and all.
Now you've got me paranoid, I don't remember seeing their leak QC test sticker on it.
Yeah, that totally makes sense. New product and all.
I do wonder about the changed pre-order date though, and I'm going to go check for the test sticker. Paranoia is a bitch.
write a batch file to do that
win 10 lets you do only the same name sufficed with number in brackets
I can't think of any OS that has that π
is that written in Java?? looks like the default java look and feel
yep
In the past on windows I used free commander's function for renaming
now I just use subsystem linux + some shell script
I changed it to dark theme...yall freaking happy now? :')
makes me pp hard
:')
here is a pic of my ide
Dark themes need to be cleansed, embrance the sun
here is a pic of my ide
@dapper ridge wow, so beautiful
minimum eye strain
I want a material dark discord theme ;-;
I want discord to fix their shit on the only correct discord theme
I used to edit the light theme with css but now I just got used to it. Even if it's shit
is it possible to edit the theme of the desktop app?
At least the text isn't bold anymore
yes...
Better discord for one
opening the inspector every time Would be the stupidest yet still viable way
in the newer updates, chrome hardcoded this part to be always white theme -.-
thank u mr renaming tool
chrome lame
damnnnn that hurts my eyes
w3m or die
bet you use surf browser
I use vivaldi
For me it's firefox everywhere
Global menu's are kind of tricky in general
# Fix firefox scrolling problems
export MOZ_USE_XINPUT2=1
this is for linux
Different xinput
o
In this case it's X as in X(org, or server, or windows, whatevs), not Xbox
# Fix jetbrains products
export _JAVA_AWT_WM_NONREPARENTING=1
also amazing
but not needed by DE users
like you
# Fix jetbrains products export _JAVA_AWT_WM_NONREPARENTING=1
@dapper ridge what that do?
on something like i3 or bspwm or any non reparenting window manager (ie any window manager that does not have a wrapper box) it makes java render it correctly and prevents parent issues where java cant display because it is expecting to be reparented
for example, in my use case, jetbains products
Oh what is incorrect in this case
pretends I understand the concept of parented windows
I remember a while back I tried Ghidra for the memes and it didn't work at all in sway
By work at all I mean the interface didn't render at all
that is because of reparenting
Which to me screams awful software
Awful language, then
hence this env
oh trust me
fuck java
but lots of stuff is built in it
and it is quite powerful
Also what kind of nonsense does it do that it requires that
im just here to say, yes, fuck java
its just java's graphic lib for widnows
its expecting to be reparented
and the wm does not provide it the info it needs to know it is not
What is so hard about rendering into a rectangle
oh dont
even get me started
on fucking rendering shit on linux
I've been working on learning how to build a WM
simply put, if your wm is something like openbox, every window you open gets a parent windows associated (in however the tree system for your wm handles it) and this window actually dictates size and shit based on its rendering requirements and rendering rules
so the child, java's app in this case, does not get this info
and java knows to rely on its parent
But again, why does literally everything else handle this fine
because its java
literally the reason
I've had minor issues with electron, but those bugs usually get ironed out in a version or two
I mean they could fix it
in the latest java
but most java projects dont run altest
and never will
I guess the other thing is apps relying on arcane X nonsense which is why we need Wayland
I agree, but also disagree
I think wayland is nice
but I also have issues with its lack of stability, and its lack of adoption
and lack of nvidia anything
oh yeah that is a decent nail in the coffin
Yeah its been declared "ready" for so many years but only like this past year do I actually see some effort in making things work good
be happy, the corporate linux, ubuntu, has sway built into their latest shit
mind you, I cant use it because the utilities I rely on usually crash or fail to launch on wayland
The real question is when will Ubuntu default to Wayland
when it doesnt shit a brick when using nvidia drivers I imagine
water so cold you'll shit ice cubes
GG
new XPS 17 is comet lake
riiiip
would have probably been a damn nice laptop if it was ryzen

could've been double that with renoir
uh, yeah haha
oh also up to 4TB of m.2 storage
ye
2280 slots
but you can retrofit those
if you wanted to
no T2 chip killing an upgrade path
CΓ©zanne ( is it spelled like that?) is going to be the real bomb
Comes with Zen 3 cores and RDNA2 graphics with DX12U support
Also, WHY THE FUCK did Microsoft hide the setting to change display refresh rate behind 5 menus with Windumb 10?
We just don't know.
Why isn't is just under 'Display settings'?
It's not a setting like pointer speed, which, if you ever need it, need it once per mouse ....
π¦
To be fair I only ever intend to change it once.
TO 144hz. If it isn't there, there's an error π
If only everything would always just work out of the box with monitors and refresh rates...
- Windows detecting/setting native refresh rate, scaling, etc properly
- Freesync enabling automatically and limiting output my the GPU properly (so we wouldn't have to run RTSS as a limiter to stay within range)
- Multimonitor is still weird at times
- HDR, does that even work right?
looking pretty good I think anyway :D now the hard part...make it actually do something
Align center on the answer column
align right bruh
Eh
Lul
I tried left, it sucked
Itβs left rn
also its like t his by default somehow
The checkboxes
the title isnt
Yea wasnt talkin about that
just simple table
Yea you have to do it on each one
Welcome to tables LUL
Nah i use tables all the time
I do use divs :')
But for table data
many of them
each colors section is a div
the green one is a div in a div in a div
the grey is a div in a div and the outer blue is a div
Yea i would hope so, that in tables would be omegalul
Fyi you can make divs behave like tables using display:table,table-cell, etc
Thatβs css tho
It has limitations like no rowspan or colspan
Sometimes you need text aligned and auto-sizing columns
na just hardcode everything
Lol stfu
no dynamic content fixes all of this
It was funny the first 3x
Your site has three bylines and link to your dribbble account, but you spread it over 7 full screens and make me click some bobbing button to show me how cool the jQuery ScrollTo plugin is.
gets me every time
Cross-browser compatibility? Load this motherfucker in IE6. I fucking dare you.
imo its true too many websites use too much shit thats not needed
π
Our web dev teacher wants us to make sure the code we write works in "Chrome, Firefox, Internet explorer"
I dont have IE XD So I use Midori....cause Midori is just as shit
Use edge π
Kind of like the plain text view tbh
I need as much % as I can...I need to make it look good
btw if you want fucked up rendering. Use konqueror and switch to khtml.
No khtml is the engine webkit originally forked
No khtml is the engine webkit originally forked
@thick elk ahhhhh
so it shittier webkit
It's just rather outdated
DAMNNNNN this is WIIIDEE
When the Samsung Odyssey G9 releases, I'm buying one if i can get it on payments instead of dropping all 1700$ on it at once.

that is impressive
@chrome estuary Man... i totally would if i had a job rn, use paypal credit 3 months 0% internet
xD
and just live ike a poop
for 3 months
if i had a decent job i mean
cos aint no way in hell you're getting that min wage
Actually ill get @spiral belfry to buy it for me
ikr
i'm so fucking ready for that thing
I wanted the CRG90 but I saw this and decided I'd snag it instead
it's actually easier to run that thing than it is my 4k
enough to move to America
@pale sigil Shhhhh
"Needs to look at the minimap quick... snaps neck"

it won't be that bad with a fucking 1000r curve
"Needs to look at the minimap quick... snaps neck"
@pale sigil Good selling point
@latent mural well too bad steelseries fucked every sensor implementation after the avago 9500
rip
seen implementations that make a 3050 better than their 3310
which is like a 5 year difference in sensor technology
where shit actually still happened
mouse-wise if razer were to make the naga again but with optical switches i would've bought it x)
the g604 is nice but the buttons are a bit stiff and the switches could start double clicking tomorrow
wireless naga could be nuts
@prisma crag I guess Freesync 2?
Remains to be seen if Overdrive is good, though
What I learned the hard way is: Never buy a Monitor that doesn't have an overdrive setting that coves the entire VRR range, if you plan on using VRR

Being a repairman my only response to PCs like that is "MEH". No way to repair the bastards once they're out of warranty.
Build a simple ITX machine instead.
you are able to replace the GPU in this if you want to upgrade
assuming the GPU has a mini version to fit
Motherboard, PSU, GPU et cetera.
All proprietary or limited parts.
Oh my - Linus actually shits on it. What a rare occurrence.
he didnt drop it either!
tfw no g700s
@prisma crag Nice. Thatβs going to be a beastly rig. What specs are you looking at?

Oculus quest keeps instantly going out of stock
Haha
That's the all too common luxury tax.
Just ask Apple. They're kings of the luxury tax.
I am seemingly the only person in the world that sees the merit of having a FPGA inside a monitor
@prisma crag with that you mean you prefer gsynch with the module? if so you're definitely not the only one
@prisma crag Ah, so you're going for a 50/50 split between the monitor and system? I feel you on the motherboards, I remember when anything $300+ was absolute top of the line enthusiast level. I'm also not liking how expensive the excellent monitors are these days.
What are halo lines, like flagship products?
Ah, I guess my terminology is outdated. That's what I think of when I think of flagships.
I just wish there was a decent in-between right now.
I know it's just because of the new technology developed for them, but I just want a reasonably sized 4K monitor with HDR, preferably with G-Sync.
And those are all pretty expensive.
But yeah, over $100/inch is baller status.
On the flipside though, even people building computers for $5,000 coughmeforoncecough don't want do spend an almost equal amount on a monitor. In my opinion, without the new technology that is being implemented for the first time a completely premium, non-professional developer monitor should be around $1,500 without getting into ridiculous sizes..
It's really not.
i dont give a shit if my monitor has 4k
im fully ok with 1080p
the games i play need some graphics yes but AI development needs a ton of gpu power
so fite me
i dont even know what these phases are ure speaking of
im pretty sure getting gpu for non-graphics tasks is not the thing the average person does so that statement doesnt really apply to you
Desync?
it doesnt aply even if i dont do AI research
cause this gpu will play pmuch any game at reasonable details for the next 10years
so it sounds like a good investment vs 300usd each 2 years
I mean do you not angle them toward your seat?
Even with IPS panels do you really just leave them all flat on one plane?
Weird.
my 1 monitor is led
the other idk
cant find out what my aoc 24b1h uses
but im ok with both
they both do their job
heck before i got those 2 i used a crt
still works fine after all the years
I don't think you need to to spend 3500β¬ on a monitor
But you need to be aware that a monitor is even more important for a good image than a good GPU
And you should figure out what you want in a monitor, and then buy something that does that good
if you have a disposable income
@tough stag better use for the capslock key, make it yout compose key https://github.com/samhocevar/wincompose
why not
The LG 27GL850 for example is one of a very few monitor that does overdrive right
Build quality is ok-ish, contrast and IPS bleed are poor
But it has exceptionally great clarity, particularly during motion
@ashen spindle nope sorry .. i already know all the altkey combos for special chars ...
im weird that way
β₯βΊβ»
but can you do (οΎΰ²₯ηΰ²₯οΌοΎε½‘β»ββ» with 3 key presses?
Not on the Wooting two. But on my 1984 IBM 122 key + soarers converter keyboard

also I have a W1, no numlock for number codes for me haha
Yeah well. Im not a pro gamer but a pro grammer
xD
The microsoft tool is great. It modifies original windows keyboard layouts .. like the standard US. You can create your own and add it to the default list of keyboard languages.
Now if it would do layering .. oh my
oh my my my
Only downside is that it requires dotnet 2.0
dotnet 2.0 is ancient
oh .. im not talkint dot net core
this is the .NET Framework
Pitfall ... cant change function keys
like capslock >.<

@young flicker yeah mice right now kinda suck balls
It seems like the thing right now is to make them "light" by just removing as much material as possible, which just feels cheap.
logitech is cheaping on on the switches
steelseries is putting screens on them
razer is pricing stuff very roughly
Aside from the fact that I prefer a weighty mouse.
cubby lover
Razer was even worse than SteelSeries in my experience.
you can get a <insert whatever non-mainstream brand here> but then u get shit macro support
I had one of their first flagship headsets and it literally fell apart.
there's no QMK equivalent for mice
And I just don't like the ergo of their mice.
and AHK always has a 15-16ms delay to whatever you do
seriously i had to switch out my mouse not too long ago cause it died
and it was painful
Well I learned of QMK today. Sounds awesome.
no right answers
I went out of my way and paid more than any sane person would to buy a "new" G5 v2.
QMK is good.
at first i got a basilisk v2, but wired, software was janky
but QMK does not have analog keys
got a g604 but i'm scared about the rubber
and i swear i already got a few double clicks due to the cheap switches
1 month in
I bought my mom a PC for VR and I got her a G502 Hero, and it's actually kind of okay, but the design feels tryhard and the DPI buttons are too easy to hit accidentally.
And the right click is going out less than a year later.
I'd buy a Wooting mouse. As long as it's not turquoise lol.
i wouldn't, i make heavy usage of macros on my mouse specifically
Are they diametrically opposed to macros or something?
Ah.
for a keyboard it's fine
all macros i have are 2 buttons to open up calculator and masterpassword
i'll need more with the wooting lekker but thats cause it has extra features i want to use
otherwise i wouldn't need it
15 years ago I would've thought macros would be OS level at this point.
but for mice i really like to setup macros for most games i play
to automate things
for example in MHW i have a macro that opens up the first item wheel, then when i release the button it auto-select that item
Wait what?
and 3 more for the other 3 item wheels
Lekker has extra software features?
analog keys
ever heard of em : ^)
not movement
although
ghub specifically supports it
every profile can have 1 user-made LUA script
and in it you can actually make mouse movement work, even in fps games
unlike razer synapse
but no keypress macros are enough for me, though i like versatility in that regard.
ghub's sequence macros do something when pressing the key, do something (looped) while holding and something else on release
and that's great
though knowing the switches could fuck me over tomorrow isn't pleasant
even if i were to refund it there's no mouse i'd even consider buying, literally nothing fits my needs of good macro support and not immensely garbage
Seems like there's a huge opening for any competent company to compete.
for what's worth
i'd buy a naga with optical switches
or something akin to it with similar software support
why would magnetic be better?
you have no use for analog on a mouse
no .. keyboard
Imagine a mouse with force feedback...
demagnetization
tomorrow i could wake up and half my clicks could become double clicks on the g604
you never know
I think analog could actually be extremely useful both for productivity and gaming if there was a high degree of haptic/force feedback.
but yeah right now i wish i could refund my g604 even though i really like it (and tbh i could) and have something else that's actually worth buying
if my g604 has issues in the next month (double clicking...) i'm fucking buying a g203 and that's it
x)
if you can't tell i'm tilted
(and it's a subtle call for help lol)
yeah but it's stupid cheap, light, good sensor
if i cant find a decent mouse may as well save money hoho
same, i got 6
x)
would hate to give em away
but if the switches die on me then whatever
technically i haven't tried the rival 500 yet
but maybe i won't at all
no and the idea sounds weird x)
i do a balanced mix of gaming and coding
sounds dope for a desk job
not as dope when flicking newbs
well the g604 is a mmo mouse but i'm not rly a mmo gamer :P
i just like big mice with good macros and boi that's a lot of macros
the tyon looks like it's...
designed to look cool
rather than to be good
i'd rather go for the rival 500 over it
u got a tyon/rival 500?
if you're in the EU i guess it wouldn't be super expensive either way
or maybe it is and screw me lul
but nah it looks kinda uncomfortable tbh
now that i think about it
i also remember one fella reviewing the rival 500 bashing the leadr
for being super uncomfortable in comparison
Funny.
though honestly i could look into covering delivery expense if it's not too bad, maybe it's worth trying
i could keep doing the refund dance with amazon and try everything but i'd not try my luck lol
in between the basilisk and streak pro i already refunded a fair bit of stuff recently
yeah but that'd kinda be abusing the system
Also, having worked for Amazon in the U.S. you will get your money back.
nothing would stop me from getting a product, keeping it 2 weeks, refund, buy it again, repeat
As long as you're sending everything back and not doing tens of items a month you probably wouldn't even be flagged.
Plus if you're that worried just make multiple accounts lol.
i just assume there's laws to prevent that that i never bothered to look into
plus come on it feels scummy af to do x)
i should, since all mice in stores are mega garbage and there's no way to try out a mouse otherwise
but ehhh
I mean you could honestly just ask support if it'd be cool and while it's not the law they'd probably give you a straight, honest answer. I could see them not caring at all - you'll just have to pay for shipping.
fun fact
this
Mouse laser da gioco con 18 pulsanti programmabili progettati per giochi MMO
is the most comfortable mouse i ever tried, shape-wise
the buttons are ultra garbage
but the shape was 10/10
Yep, I worked in the returns building and saw not only how they operated, but what they sold as "new."
Haven't bought a single thing from them since.
No Prime Video, nothing.
It's probably much more strict in the EU.
Here, just as an example, we'd get Insta Pots that had been opened and they'd be marked to be sold as new. Don't get me wrong they weren't ultra dirty or blatantly used or anything, but they WERE at least bought, shipped, opened, returned, and then sold as new.
lmao the spoilerino
if you want something comfortable
there's the mx master
vertical mice can be neat too
Oh wow, that looks interesting. Kind of comfortable, actually.
yeh the mx master is king for productivity
absolute garbo for games cause...yeah...obvious reasons
but dope for other stuff
In b4 brass knuckle styled mice.
to be fair the sensor would be good too
its just big, bulky n slow x)
you joke but i remember seeing one
this is apparently a mouse
too many questions
buy it now
linus did a video on it though owo
actually wait it's a keyboard
WOOTING BEWARE WE GOT A NEW COMPETITOR
Hmmmm.
It reminds me of when people thought IR keyboards were going to take off.
Or, really, Minority Report.
X - doubt
The best part of being a tech YouTuber has to be all of the stuff you're given or have access to that others don't.
I could've been more clear, I mean those gloves are straight up Minority Report not that Minority Report made bunk predictions. Minority Report is pretty on-point.
aha! that keyboard has a mouse mode too
In a lot of ways, anyway.
but yeah for now i guess i ought to stick with the g604 for the time being
if the switches let me down i'll bail out right away
its kinda scary though
the entire thing is rubberized, so any dust or sweat gets stuck to it
and cleaning it with alcohol is a sure way to yeet the rubber alongside it
the rival 500 was on sale at 45β¬ just a few days ago O.O
oh god i just looked at the cable

this is a thing Id be interested to read the comments for
without knowing any other specs of the phone? useless question
basically, what if Samsung do what Apple just did with the 2020 iphone SE
slap an A13 in there but everything else is trash tier
doesnt make sense to compare it, iOS is a huge factor
@prisma crag I'vve got that mx ergo, it's nice
i need more wam
@prisma crag just after you mentioned that roccat mouse i open up reddit and sure enough: https://www.reddit.com/r/gaming/comments/gac0pv/got_a_new_mouse_pad/
can't be a coincidence
π
ayy, the mouse is on a cat
16gb is just not enough these days
nope not at all
@pale sigil Yep, admittedly it's with the high res textures and a lot of Firefox tabs open but sometimes lack of RAM causes R6: Siege to crash.
just a few more hours till global warming commences
new PC?
comet lake release today
my friend recently bought a relatively cheap 32gb kit and got b die
i might give it a shot and just return it if i dont get b die
what kit?
also need to keep in mind if its cheap it might be b die that didnt pass the test for a better bin
hrm yeah that does look like it should be b die fairly often
and its half the price of a 3200 14-14-14-34 kit
makes sense, those are fairly tight timings for 16gb sticks
latency difference would be something like 1ms or 10% faster
10% isnt worth 120 dollars to me personalyl
Manjaro just beat Ubuntu with how snaps work in the OS :')
Untz untz untz. Finally got 'round to installing and setting up all of the case RGB. Now it's proper @CyberpunkGame neon cityscape.
Might need some UV to get the coolant fluid to react and light up a bit. It looks very dark all of a sudden π https://t.co/9ZPr41sint
Too flashy?
@reef patrol you know the time the cml-s nda lifts today?
I don't even know what the hell that means π
cmon you know :p
I literally don't know what the hell that is supposed to mean π
just want to know what time I should look for reviews laughter about comet lake
I guess you might actually not know, if its just reviews and not sales that start today
snaps in ubuntu are very confusing tbh.
Its hard to tell if its a normal package or a snap
when installing
and 90% of the time it installs the snap even if you use the apt install command -.-
how do I make javascript add two numbers and not append them? -.-
make a dll in a good language, make the addition there then call that function from js
:') LEL
I select a radio b utton with value 4 and it gives me 40 because sec1q1score is 0
oh....I put the querySelector in Number()
In JS, can you only return a value from a function if you already passed on into it when called?
