Yama, it's because NVIDIA drivers are multithreaded vs AMD's singlethreaded driver design, the latency between virtual and logical cores due to HT design on Intel. I'm not sure about AMD at all anymore, because I dont own AMD processor

Nvidia driver basically makes your CPU OVERALL SYSTEM interrupt latency go from 3us to 300us.. 100x decrease in system performance over a driver but whatever, not a biggie

Well you know interrupt service handles all interrupts and drivers on the PC, including things like SSD drivers, dxgkrnl, audio, tcp, NDIS, usb, etc etc

Well it's been tested during ZEN launch that AMD has better min.frame times vs higher avg on intel.. Min. frame times is correlated exactly with microstutters or microfreezes
