I'd take the GPU from my old PC and install it in my current rig, Windows 10 should normally support GTX 1070 Ti and Radeon R9 290 plugged to the mobo
With drivers installed ofc
Then install a VM through VirtualBox and force 3D rendering and video encoding to be done on that secondary GPU
Find some spare mouse and keyboard and attach them to the VM somehow
And finally run the same game on host on first screen and on VM on the other screen

Fair enough, it just annoyed me when I was messing around with unsigned drivers and I got blocked there.
Do note that running unsigned drivers where not a problem if you run 32bit windows
true, It has something to do with the way verification wasn't really a big thing in the past and in 32bit there was a large degree of backwards compatibility in drivers.
I still think it is silly to block unsigned drivers as that has never really been a big attack vector for cheats.
